Every Saturday in January and February - Games begin at 8:00 am with last game ending at 8:30 pm.
Sign up with Shirley Hurta (281.462.3011) to share a 3-5 minute Half-time Devotion. We need 13 volunteers for 8 weeks, for a total of 104 volunteers. Please consider giving a minimum of one of these devotions. This year, we have pre-written ones you may use if you prefer. With 217 players and 28 teams, we have a huge opportunity to reach families through Upward. Consider showing up to cheer for the kids and greet the families who will be guests in our church over the next 8 weeks.
Purpose: To introduce children to Jesus Christ by creating opportunities to serve through sports.
Our Upward basketball league usually begins registration in October. Practices begin in December, with games played in January & February.
